She joined Al-Khair as Year 6 teacher, she has years of experience of working with children with special educational needs and challenging behaviour. Despite having qualifications in working with children with dyslexia and a textile designing degree, she discovered what a humanistic profession teaching really is. She discovered her passion for this immensely rewarding profession which made her realise that every child was unique and learnt in different ways.
She enjoys teaching children in an adaptable way which encourages them to develop as well as instil a love for learning. She has a passion to inspire their young minds and a commitment to ensure that they achieve their potential. For the last 4 years, as a year 6 teacher, she has enjoyed organising effective teaching which involves teaching with creativity.
She is also currently the Foundation Lead at Al Khair primary. Her role is to ensure that the delivery of the foundation subjects is carried out efficiently and effectively.
