Admission & Fees – Oldbury

Admission Applications

A non-refundable registration fee of £35 is applicable per child, per application. (To be returned with admission form)

A refundable ‘acceptance deposit’ totalling £200 per child (If 2 children per family then £150 per child; If 3+ children per family then £100 per child) is required on formal acceptance of a place (signing of the School contract). This is refundable at the at end of your child’s school time however please read the contract for terms and conditions. (To be returned with admission form)

A month’s/Term’s/Annual fee(s) in advance of your child’s school attendance.

All these payments will need to be made before the child begins the school. All payments will
be made through the link that we will be providing you with. We currently are using Eduspot School money for online payment. This is a safe and easy way to pay.

Fees for the Academic Year 2021- 2022

Primary school fees

£2400 per year

The fee can be paid using three methods:

1 annual payment – A payment of £2160 must be paid on the 1st Sep.

(10% discount).

3 termly payments by standing order (3 x £756). A Payment of £756 will be due on the the 1st Sep, 1st Jan and 1st April.  The school fees will be a total of £2280.

(5% discount)

10 Monthly Instalments by standing order (10 x £240.00) due on the first working day of each month and no later than the 4th. Please note setting up and maintaining the standing order is mandatory. The school fees will be a total of £2400

Flexi schooling fees

Option 1 (core academics)

  1. Tuition fee 1500 per annum with 10% discount.
  2. Tuition fee Monthly payments are £165 (£165 x 10)
  3. Tuition will be for Maths, Science, and English only.

Option 2 (non-core academics)

  1. Tuition fees will be £1000 per annum (£100 x 10)
  2. Tuition will be for Arabic, Quran reading, Quran memorisation (Juz Amma), Islamic Studies, P.E, STEAM & PSHE

Option 3 (socialising only)

  1. Tuition fees will be £450 per annum (£45 x 10)
  2. 4 half days a month



We are a school that supports the abilities of all children, including those that have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.


Resources Fees

The resources fee of £40 a term should be paid at the start of each term (3 x £40 = £120) or you could pay the annual which would be £110.



Fees are subject to annual review and periodical increase, with a terms notice.

One term’s notice in writing is required to withdraw a pupil from the school. If such notice is not given, the deposit will not be refunded.

Parents will be required to make small contributions towards their child’s learning resources from time to time.

All cheques should be made payable to Al-Khair.

Additional Information

Please note the 2nd or 3rd + child do not obtain a annual discount if fees are paid in advance.

The 2nd child/sibling receives a 30% discount which reduces the annual fee to £1680 or spreads over 10months at £168.00 per month.

1st child’s monthly fees is £240.00 x 10

2nd child’s monthly fees are = £168.00 x 10 (30% discount)

3rd or more child’s monthly fees are = £72.00 x 10  (70% discount)

So if you have 3+ children the total is:

a) monthly fees are: £480.00

If you have 2 children the total:

b) monthly fees are 408.00

Fees are due by the 4th of every month latest.

1st Installment is due by 3rd Sep 2021 and last is due by 3rd June 2022.

(10 months installments paid online through Eduspot/School money login).
