Admission & Fees – Oldbury

Fee Schedule Academic Year 2022-2023


1. Admission Applications

1.1 A non-refundable registration fee of £35 is applicable per child, per application.

Refundable deposit

1.2 A refundable ‘acceptance deposit’ totalling £200 per child (If 2 children per family then £150 per child;  If 3+ children per family then £100 per child) is required on formal acceptance of a place (signing of the School contract). This is refundable at the end of your child’s school time however please read the contract for terms and conditions.

1.3 A month’s/Term’s/Annual fee(s) in advance of your child’s school attendance.

1.4 All these payments will need to be made before the child begins school. All payments will be made through the link that we will be providing you with. We currently are using

Eduspot School money for online payment. This is a safe and easy way to pay

  1. Fees for the Academic Year 2022- 2023

Primary school fees

2.1 £2400 per year

2.2 The fee can be paid using three methods:

1 annual payment – A payment of £2160 must be paid on the 1st Sep. (10% discount).

3 termly payments by standing order (3 x £760). A Payment of £760 will be due on the 1st Sep, 1st Jan and 1st April.  The school fees will be a total of £2280. (5% discount)

10 Monthly Instalments by standing order (10 x £240.00) due on the first working day of each month and no later than the 4th.. The school fees will be a total of £2400

2.3 Flexi schooling fees

Morning session only 8.30am to 12.30pm

(core academics)

  1. Tuition fee 1500 per annum with 10% discount.
  2. Tuition fee Monthly payments are £165 (£165 x 10)
  3. Tuition will be for Maths, Science, English only.

2.4 SEND Fees

We are a school that supports the abilities of all children, including those that have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. For the external SEND support for children the local authority will charge for their services.

2.5 Resources Fees

The resources fee of £40 a term should be paid at the start of each term ( 3x £40 =£120) or you could pay the annual which would be £110.

3. Disclaimer

3.1 Fees are subject to annual review and periodical increase, with a terms notice.

3.2 One term’s notice in writing is required to withdraw a pupil from the school. If such notice is not given, the deposit will not be refunded.

3.3 Parents will be required to make small contributions towards their child’s learning resources from time to time.

3.4 All cheques should be made payable to Al Khair School

Additional Information and sibling discounts

Please note the 2nd or 3rd + child does not obtain an annual discount if fees are paid in advance.

The 2nd child/sibling receives a 10% discount which reduces the annual fee to £2160 or spreads over 10 months at £216.00 per month.

The 3rd child/sibling receives a 20% discount which reduces the annual fee to £1920 or spreads over 10 months at £192.00 per month

1st child monthly fees is £240.00 x 10

2nd child’s monthly fees are = £216.00x 10 (10% discount) 3rd or more child’s monthly fees are = £192.00 x 10  (20% discount)

So if you have 3+ children the total is:

  1. a) monthly fees are: £648.00

If you have 2 children the total:

  1. a) monthly fees are £456.00

Fees are due by the 4th of every month.

1st Instalment is due by 1st Sep 2022 and last is due by 1st  June 2023
