To promote tolerance and to nurture a mindset of acceptance, Al-Khair Group of Schools has established strong and stable connections with Catholic schools to promote constructive, cooperative, and progressive interactions between students of different beliefs and religions. The forum plays a crucial role in encouraging the spirit of humanity and individuality and helps the students in realizing their social responsibility.
The interfaith dialogue and forums of Al-Khair School help in establishing and sustaining the practices and culture of harmony and peace. The principal objective of this forum is to remove the misunderstandings and misconceptions about the various religions of the society while giving the people of other faiths and beliefs a chance to grow, develop and make their own identity in the society.

The house system is now a part of academics in every school. Students of Al-Khair School represent their house in different events and competitions. House events are held to encourage the students to take an active part in various extracurricular activities and to broaden the experience of such activities. A staff member heads the houses and leads the house team. The primary objective of the houses is to increase the involvement of students in making Al-Khair School a better place for Islamic education. House events show the commitment and organisation of the participants and the entire house team.
